Spent the evening at Pappos Pizzeria, we ordered the White, the Steakhouse and the Kitchen Sink, all were excellent and we really enjoyed the walnut, cranberry Goatcheese salad. Our server was friendly with an easy smile, and was quick to refill our drinks. Definitely recommend.
Our young server, Ali, was on point, efficient, friendly, and checked on us often. We ordered several appetizers, which were delicious but kind of small. The real star here is the pizza. Amazing crust, the sauce is fantastic, and the toppings were just enough. We did order extra meatballs on our pizza but they were disappointingly dry. Skip them on your pizza. The kids ordered the 5 cheese pizza and the 12 Goat pizza, and they were VERY happy. The crust here is freaking A, along with the sauce. It's just so delicious! We'll definitely be back..Great place to eat with a family, noisy kids, loud talking old people, it's a great place to eat & drink. A
I love this place. The pizza is my favorite in the Jefferson City area. I know some people prefer other Greek pizzas in Town but i think you'll love this one. Additionally the goat cheese salad with the sweet and tangy salad dressing is a perfect match for the salad. Prices are about 20 to 25 per person unless you have beer and it's more.
Great experience. Hand tossed pizza was a winner. I got the lunch special which included a yummy goat salad. The place feels new on the inside. It is a big step up from most pizza restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful in choosing from their extensive menu. A good choice for informal dining with adults or with kids.
What a place to have some pizza. Our server was helpful and knowledgeable on beer for my guests and answered our questions without having to go back and forth. I got a personal bbq pizza with pork and it is so good! The crust is crispy and pillowy. The bbq sauce is a little sweet with a tangy, hot flavor and the pork is juicy and not super fatty. The pizzas do come in 3 different sizes for those who do want to share and for those who don't. I did complement my pizza with a classic ceaser and a Peanut Butter White Russian and was a happy camper at the end! While I do not live in Jefferson City i would come back while visiting family!
We were pleasantly surprised! I’ve known about this place for a long time, but have never tried it. We’ll definitely be back! As a matter of fact, we were talking about going again the next day. We had the Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork pizza and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Both were good, but the pizza was top notch! The service was excellent! Very friendly and offered help when we looked like we were checking out certain items on the menu. They came by several times to refill waters and take plates out of our way. Very good! Highly recommend this place!
As someone who is dairy free it’s hard to find pizza places that carry vegan cheese. Pappos has it and they bake it so well that it’s not slimy. It tastes like real cheese! The vegan is one of my favorites! We also like to create our own pizza. My husband got mushroom and double pepperoni. It didn’t disappoint! This is a must go! Also their cookies are delicious!
First time here, food was really good! Loved the pizza. Server was excellent and even with quite a few people there it was pretty quiet. Very fast and good quality!
